When to visit
Lake Manyara National Park offers good wildlife viewing year-round. The dry season (June to October) is ideal for spotting large mammals as they gather around the water sources. The wet season (November to May) brings lush, green landscapes and a high concentration of migratory birds, including flamingos. While the wet season can make game viewing slightly more challenging, it is also a great time for bird watching and enjoying the park’s scenic beauty.
